We develop analytical protocols for Endorsement and Claim Support for the world of detergents and household appliances
In this area, Ritex is particularly active in collaborating with manufacturers of detergents and appliances for the consumer world. Ritex designs and realizes standard textile materials and operational protocols used for comparative verification of specific performances.
Color fastness, pilling formation or removal, dimensional stability, mechanical resistance, microplastics release, are examples of issues taken into account by the protocols.
The ultimate goal is to compare the performances of various competitors and get to the release of an Endorsment Certification, supported by scientific data and usable for activities of product Claim Support.
CONSULTING AND SUPPORT IN THE RESOLUTION OF INDUSTRIAL PROBLEMS
The combination between the experimental evidence collected and expertise in the manufacturing process and textile materials lead us most of the times to identify the origin of the defect, thus allowing the customer either to intervene for its correction or to be supported in case of legal disputes.
DEVELOPMENT OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROTOCOLS FOR HOME LAUNDERING & CARE INDUSTRY
This activity requires a scientific approach, which for us translates into developing an evaluation protocol. The protocol is designed by choosing correctly the technological characteristics to be monitored, and therefore the most suitable materials, washing/drying conditions, and analytical tests to be applied so as to highlight the differences between the various technologies tested. The final processing of the results allows the customer to choose the most correct Claim for his product since it is scientifically supported.
DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF PERFORMANCE MONITORING FABRICS
These fabrics are sensitive to different washing conditions, in terms of both kinetics and detergent systems and have known and repeatable characteristics of color, pilling/fuzz formation, resistance and more. Due to their sensitivity to washing they can be effectively used in evaluation protocols for claim support.
